How to Make Aloo Gobi

  1. Heat oil, add cumin seeds. Add potatoes, sauté 5 mins till light golden.
  2. Add cauliflower florets, mix well. Cover, cook 5 mins on low.
  3. Add tomatoes, all dry spices, salt. Mix gently.
  4. Cover, cook 8–10 mins till veggies are tender. Stir once halfway.
  5. Finish with garam masala, coriander. Serve hot with roti.
