Aloo Gobi Recipe
Dry aloo gobi with whole spices — quick weekday sabzi that goes with roti, paratha or dal-chawal.
Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower, florets
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp oil
- Coriander, salt to taste
How to Make Aloo Gobi
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds. Add potatoes, sauté 5 mins till light golden.
- Add cauliflower florets, mix well. Cover, cook 5 mins on low.
- Add tomatoes, all dry spices, salt. Mix gently.
- Cover, cook 8–10 mins till veggies are tender. Stir once halfway.
- Finish with garam masala, coriander. Serve hot with roti.
