How to Make Palak Paneer

  1. Blanch palak in hot water for 2 mins. Transfer to ice water. Blend to a smooth puree.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin, then chopped onions. Sauté till golden.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, sauté 1 min. Add tomato puree, cook 5 mins till oil separates.
  4. Add turmeric, garam masala, salt. Pour in palak puree. Simmer 5 mins.
  5. Add paneer cubes, cream. Cook 2 mins on low. Serve with roti or jeera rice.
