How to Make Bhindi Masala

  1. Wash and DRY bhindi completely with a cloth. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Heat oil, add cumin. Add bhindi, sauté on medium-high 8 mins till slime is gone.
  3. Push bhindi to one side, add onion in same pan. Sauté 3 mins till soft.
  4. Add tomato, cook 3 mins. Add all spices, salt. Mix gently.
  5. Cook uncovered 3 mins. Finish with amchur. Serve with roti.
