How to Make Kadai Paneer

  1. Heat oil, add onion cubes, sauté 2 mins. Add capsicum, sauté 2 mins. Remove.
  2. In same pan, add more oil. Add ginger-garlic paste, cook 1 min.
  3. Add tomatoes, cook till mushy (5 mins). Add kadai masala, chilli powder, salt.
  4. Add paneer cubes, sautéed onion-capsicum. Mix gently, cook 3 mins.
  5. Finish with kasuri methi. Serve dry with roti or naan.
