How to Make Mix Veg

  1. Heat oil, add cumin. Add onions, sauté till golden.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, sauté 1 min. Add tomato puree, cook 5 mins.
  3. Add all dry spices, salt. Cook 1 min. Add mixed vegetables.
  4. Add 1 cup water, cover, simmer 12 mins till veggies are tender.
  5. Finish with garam masala, coriander. Serve with roti or rice.
