How to Make Veg Pulao

  1. Heat ghee, add cumin and whole spices. Add onion, sauté till golden.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, sauté 1 min. Add all vegetables, sauté 3 mins.
  3. Drain rice, add to pan, sauté gently 2 mins. Add 3 cups water, salt.
  4. Bring to boil, cover, cook on low 12 mins. Rest 5 mins off flame.
  5. Fluff with fork, garnish with mint and coriander. Serve with raita or curry.
