How to Make Upma

  1. Dry roast rava on low flame 5 mins till aromatic. Reserve.
  2. Heat ghee, add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal. Sauté till dals turn golden.
  3. Add curry leaves, green chilli, ginger, onion. Sauté till onion softens.
  4. Add mixed veggies, sauté 3 mins. Add water, salt, bring to rolling boil.
  5. Slowly add roasted rava, stirring constantly. Cover, cook 2 mins. Finish with lemon juice.
